Storytime! Wren wanted to host a free raffle for Valentine's Day because:
"Love is priceless, love is random, and love is precious."
Because of this, she went with a raffle instead of a DTA event to avoid any bias.
Additionally, this means you cannot buy extra raffle tickets for this event.
Everyone has an equal chance to win this cutie! :3
The winner of this JR will be randomized and picked on February 14th!

Regarding 'Fan OCs' / TOS Clarification
Hello there JR community!
It has recently come to our attention that a series of journals has gained some attention / traction over the last week or so in regards to unfair species rules and limiting those that lack the means of acquiring a CS.
Please know that CS are a luxury item and most groups have a TOS that you should check before joining in order to see if you will enjoy participating in the group or not. Failure to read can lead to mistakes in which actions occur. One of them, that was mentioned in one of the journals was the “not allowed to resell for more than purchased, even if traded for as well.” Many groups don̵
